Flipside exists to encourage children in gymnastics and in life.  We strive to find the balance between working hard, and having fun.  We believe in going all out for our sport and giving 100%, while realizing that there are more important things in life that come first: God, family, and school.  The value of participating in gymnastics goes far beyond strength, flexibility and coordination.  Some of the character traits we develop are:  dedication, diligence, confidence, perseverance, respect and selflessness.  Children will begin to see how hard work pays off, how to encourage others,
​how to work together as a group, and learn to set goals and reach them.
